To be announced: Kung Fu form "Flowing Motion 1"

• Warm up will begin at 9:30am and teaching begins promptly at 10am.

Sunday, March 21: Women's Self Defense class

10am-2pm. Ages 12 on up. $15 donation, more if you can less if you can't. No woman will be denied due to finances. If you have ever wanted to learn some easy effective ways to take an attacker out this class is for you! This is for every woman, any ability. Call 603-998-9012 and reserve your space as it is limited.

Wednesday, March 24: Picture day with Orlando

Photo day at the Pines Community Center in Northfield from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Sign up now for a time slot. No classes at Run of the Mill or the Pines on that day. This is our 6th year with Orlando taking some fabulous karate photos of our students. This is not your average school photo. Take a picture with a weapon of your choice (children must have parental concent), your best karate buddy, your favorite pet (one student brought her ferrat!) or with Sensei!

Monday, March 29 and Wednesday, March 31: 4th Annual Kick for Cancer Kick-A-Thon!

We will do our "kick cancer out" during class time. Pick up your pledge sheet from Sensei Sharyl or Download it Here (PDF).

• Parade: Meet at the Franklin high school parking lot at 9am

White Tiger Karate's Fundraisers - ONGOING (details posted accordingly)

White Tiger Karate fundraisers are done throughout the year to help others in need. We assist a wide range of causes including local families to national disasters. Occasionally, we may use a portion of proceeds to buy new equipment or to go toward tuition scholarships. We look to our karate families to assist in these fundraisers with time, donations, or other. Through our combined efforts we make a difference and teach our children compassion for others. A few of our recipients include the following:

• Franklin Animal Shelter
• Spaulding Youth Center
• Human Rights Campaign
• Firefighters Fund-Children's Burn Unit
• Aids research
• Breast Cancer
• Cancer Hospice Care in Laconia and Concord
• Domestic Violence help programs
• American Red Cross
• Katrina victims
• NH flood victims
• Community families
